What happens if the seller does not repay?

There are 2 possible ways that the seller does not pay.

  1. They don't sell the product because the market isn't doing well. In this case, we work to help them liquidate and return the funds to investors. We are very experienced with e-commerce and there isn't a product that we can't figure out how to liquidate. We minimize this possibility by making sure the product has been selling for a while already (at least 4 months)
  2. They sell and don't return funds. We send our collection team after them.  We minimize this possibility by checking every seller's credit history before approving them. We vet all sellers extensively.
